1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the website or reserving any AP course, you fully and unconditionally accept all the terms and conditions set forth on this page. You also confirm that by reserving a course or creating a user account, these terms are binding upon you.
2. Consent to Receive SMS
By registering and using the website’s services, you agree to receive SMS messages related to educational services, course announcements, session reminders, and schedule changes.
You may opt out of receiving SMS at any time by sending the word STOP to the sender’s number. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any financial obligations or previously reserved courses.
3. Age and Legal Capacity Requirements
Under U.S. laws (including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act – COPPA), use of this website by individuals under 13 years of age without parental or legal guardian consent is prohibited. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and, if required, have obtained parental consent. Users aged 13 to 18 must register under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Registration and User Information
You are obligated to provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information when registering and reserving a course. Providing false or fraudulent information will result in cancellation of the course and loss of access without a refund. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
5. Fees and Refunds
All course fees are set in U.S. dollars or the equivalent based on the daily exchange rate. Payment must be made in full before the course begins. Refund policy:
- If you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date, 100% of the fee minus the payment gateway fee (maximum 5%) will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the course start date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- After the course has started, no refund will be issued unless the course is canceled by the website.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the support email.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided in the courses (including videos, handouts, slides, sample questions, and software) belongs to this website or its authorized providers. Copying, distributing, publicly sharing, or selling this content without explicit written permission violates U.S. copyright laws (Copyright Act of 1976) and may result in legal prosecution.
7. User Conduct and Code of Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully and professionally in classes, forums, and communications with instructors and other users. Any insult, harassment, distribution of illegal content, or attempts to hack or bypass website security will result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Website Obligations and Limitation of Liability
The website will use its best efforts to conduct courses at the announced times. In the event of technical issues or force majeure (e.g., regional internet outages, natural disasters, war), the website will make reasonable efforts to compensate (e.g., offer a make‑up class) but shall not be liable for indirect damages or lost opportunities. Under any circumstances, the website’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable course.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
The collection and processing of your personal information comply with U.S. laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act – CCPA if you reside in California). We do not sell or share your information without your consent except as necessary to provide course services (e.g., working with an SMS provider or payment gateway). Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiations or mediation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Charlotte, North Carolina. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time by providing notice via email or a website announcement. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Previous versions of the terms will remain valid for already‑reserved courses until the end of those courses.
12. Cancellation and Suspension by the Website
The website may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate any of the above sections. Additionally, if a course is canceled for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment), your paid fee will be fully refunded.
